Moonlight Stables' is proud to maintain two "Barnmaster"
buildings. Our barns are open and airy, extremely well ventilated, and best of all fire proof for your horses'
safety. Both barns have concrete flooring with thirty one 12 x 12 foot stalls. The use of gravel dust and heavy
shavings is found to keep our full board horses most comfortable. Overhead fans and an all natural fly system also help
to keep the barn and surrounding areas more comfortable in summer months.
Pasture board is offered via mare and gelding pastures, with each large pasture ajoined
by a beautiful lake to which all horses have access. Grain (10 % pellets) is fed twice daily, and
round bales are offered in winter months as needed. All pastures are well maintained as fertilizing and over seeding
are performed on a regular basis.
Immaculate
at all times, a blower is used twice daily through the barn, removing all dust and debris, and stalls
are picked three to four times per day. There is easy access to all wash bays and hitching areas, and
pasture boarders are welcomed to use complete facilities.
Two Sand/sawdust arenas (dressage and Jumping) are dragged and watered as needed, and leather tack
is protected in a climate controlled, locked tack room. Two nice tiled full baths with showers (heated in winter) are
available for your convenience after riding, for that "can't be late" appointment! A comfortable lounge or break-room
with TV and refridgerator, looks out to the arenas and is also available for your pleasure.
Moonlight has recently adopted a bi-yearly strangles vaccinaction policy.
